It is with both joy and disbelief that we wish our precious little Anna a VERY Happy 4th Birthday!! FOURTH?? She's really FOUR? As cliche as it sounds, it seriously seems like just yesterday that we were bringing her home from the hospital! And, maybe its just me, but "four" seems SO much older than "three". But, she has repeatedly assured me that "big kids are still sweet", so she's convinced me to let her turn four. (She also assured me that four year olds don't throw fits or "freak out" when you tell them no...not sure I'm buying that, but we'll take it while we can get it!)
We had a wonderful day at the Children's Museum yesterday for Anna's party. She loved having all of her friends, and her Grammie and Bucko there, and had just a fantastic time!
Kate also thought the festivities were a blast...
Happy Birthday, our dear Anna!

It was wonderful to have Grammie and Bucko there to celebrate with us (both during the party, and for the "pre-party" and "post-party"...they were total troopers!)...
Anna (and we) just love the Children's Museum. Can't you just see her getting smarter while she's playing?? :-)
It is absolutely impossible to capture or describe the total chaos associated with having 25 toddlers/preschoolers (+ parents) in a 20' x 20' party room...whew!
While Anna was the "lady of the day", Strawberry Shortcake played a close 2nd. Anna just loves her, and had so much fun having a Strawberry Shortcake party...
I have to give a seriously HUGE thank-you to my dear friend, Whitney, who beautifully photographed the entire event. THANK YOU!! These are just a few of her fabulous photos, but I'm going to try to figure out the blog "PictoBrowser" thing so I can post more of her gorgeous photos...
