Anna and I had a blast on Friday making beaded candy canes for Kate's and her upstairs Christmas tree. I've decided to do it in a "candy" theme, so when I stumbled on this craft kit (which brought back memories of making these same candy canes as a child), I of course had to get it! Anna was thrilled with the project...
She was able to do the whole thing by herself (with verbal guidance, of course, but no hands-on help!) and was VERY proud of her final product. She's already making plans for making hearts for Valentine's Day...
And, of course, about as much fun as making them was hanging them on their little tree! She repositions them regularly to be sure they're in just the right spot...
