We had a very Merry Christmas Eve this year with Nana in town to visit! We had our "traditional" Christmas Eve lasagna dinner, followed by a tradition that I did as a child that we want to pass on to our girls...opening one present on Christmas Eve before bedtime.
The girls were more than happy to oblige in continuing on this tradition...
Kate was thrilled with her "Seedling" (a soft little cotton doll), and Anna loved her LeapFrog Tag. A great way to kick off our Christmas celebration!
Anna enjoyed reading Cat in the Hat to Nana with a little help from the Tag pen...
And, we finished off the night by sitting out cookies for Santa and carrots for the reindeer (and reading Christmas books before bedtime, of course!).
