While we make regular trips to the wonderful Children's Museum, our trip in July was one of the first times that Kate had really gotten into the fun in ALL of the areas. I think her increased mobility helped a lot--the girl is really growing up!
Anna was excited that her sister could join in the grocery shopping...
...and, art with pastels...
Kate also discovered a new part of the Tot Spot that she hadn't played with much before--a little section with doors, latches, etc. for the little ones to open and close. Sounds relatively interesting if you're 15 months old, right? Um...that might be the understatement of the century.
Each of the little doors had a "scene" on the inside with a light that would go on when you opened the door. Kate thought it was at least the coolest, and most hysterical thing she had ever seen in her life. I've never seen her squeal and laugh with such delight--seriously. Multiple people even came over to see what all the joy was about--she kind of drew a crowd with her enthusiasm.
